Description

The fibula of Diekirch is one of the archaeological treasures of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Preserved and exhibited at the Musée National d’Histoire et d’Art de Luxembourg, this Merovingian discoid brooch dating from the second half of the 7th century AD was discovered on the site of the church of St. Laurent in Diekirch in 1992.
